My name is Gail Stannard and I am a hopeless romantic. If you’re here you’re probably thinking of getting married, so congratulations, or maybe you’re just here for a wee nosy, that’s ok too. Whatever the reason and wherever you are on your wedding planning journey, grab yourself a drink (coffee for me unless it’s after 5) and hopefully by the time you’ve finished browsing you’ll be more informed about humanist wedding ceremonies and how to book a humanist celebrant (hopefully me, obvs!)

Too often a wedding ceremony is treated as the part of your day that should be ‘endured’ so you can get to the ‘party’, but I’m about to blow that theory out of the water! The moment you get to commit to each other for the rest of your lives is the main reason for your whole day (just think about that), so I want to guarantee that your humanist ceremony will BE the good part and the part that you and your guests will be talking about long after the ‘party’ is over.

I have been conducting legal humanist wedding ceremonies across Northern Ireland since 2019 and I absolutely love what I do. I believe every couple deserves the wedding of their dreams, regardless of their religious beliefs, whether that’s a ceremony for 5 people or 500 people, traditional or quirky, and as your celebrant I promise to find a way to make those dreams a reality.

You will find the ceremonies I conduct are stress free, relaxed and fun. YOU are my priority and I take pride in putting my couples at ease throughout the whole process. Together we will create a ceremony that celebrates who you are as a couple and includes your beliefs, your values and your personality.
